SDB Bags Pioneer Win At FIABCI Singapore Property Awards 2017

KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 10 (Bernama) -- Selangor Dredging Bhd's (SDB) Singaporean unit, SDB Asia Pte Ltd, has bagged a pioneer win at the International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI) Singapore Property Awards 2017 in the Residential (Mid-Rise) category for its 'Hijauan on Cavanagh' development project.

In a statement today, SDB Managing Director, Teh Lip Kim said with the win, the project would be competing in the FIABCI World Prix d'Excellence 2018.

Comprising 41 residential units, the development is located in the prime and green tree-lined Cavanagh Road.

The company has won five FIABCI Malaysia Property Awards for its developments, namely, Park Seven at the Kuala Lumpur City Centre (2009), 20trees in Melawati (2012), Dedaun in Jalan Ampang (2015) and the By The Sea and River Rehabilitation project in Penang (2016).

SDB started off as a tin mining company and over the years, has diversified to into other business areas, such as property development.
