SP Setia Bags Double Awards At Malaysia Property 2017

KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 26 (Bernama) -- Property developer, SP Setia Bhd, emerged a double winner at the Malaysia Property Award 2017 through its residential projects in Cyberjaya and Setia Alam, Selangor.

Setia Eco Glades in Cyberjaya garnered the much-coveted 'Master Plan Gold Award' whereas Seri Kasturi Apartment in Bandar Setia Alam came out top in the 'Affordable Housing' category.

President and Chief Executive Officer Datuk Khor Chap Jen said SP Setia's strategy of focusing on the principle of continuous excellence and exemplifying its vision to be the best in all that it do imbued with its 'LiveLearnWorkPlay' development philosophy has enabled the company to continue to achieve greater heights this year.

The Malaysian Property Award recognises outstanding Malaysian developers and their projects and winners of the award would automatically earn a ticket to the FIABCI World Prix d'Excellence Awards to compete against the best, globally.
