PKNS offering 72 housing units at 'Dillenia', Bernam Jaya

KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 30 (Bernama) -- The Selangor State Development Corporation (PKNS) is offering 72 units of exclusive 'Dillenia’ homes in Bernam Jaya, less than  80 km from here, with the project expected to be ready by the end of 2019.

Located on 3.5 hectares of land, the project offers two variants, comprising 28 cluster-of-four units measuring 171.2 sq metres (1,848 sq ft) each and 44 units of double-storey, semi-detached houses of 176.5 sq metres (1,900 sq ft) in size, with prices starting at RM532,500 and RM552,000 respectively.

PKNS Corporate Communications manager, Ishak Hashim in a statement said the houses would have a modern design concept amid an expanse of greenery, away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

“Equipped with three-plus-one bedrooms and three bathrooms, the units have a large living area and double frontage, allowing maximum natural flow of air. 

“Bernam Jaya was chosen for this housing project as it is a strategic location with a conducive network of roads including the North-South Expressway which is only about one kilometre away, Kuala Lumpur-Ipoh federal road (5 km away) and Tanjung Malim KTM station (7 km),” he said.

Ishak added that the PKNS Smart Ownership Scheme was offering a rebate of 10 per cent for first-time house buyers and 12 per cent for the purchase of a second property.
