Titijaya launches Damaisuria township's phase 1 with RM677 mln GDV

KUALA LUMPUR, July 29 (Bernama) -- Titijaya Land Bhd has launched the first phase of its Damaisuria township project in Shah Alam, namely the Seiring Residensi serviced apartments, which will have a gross development value (GDV) of RM677 million.

Seiring Residensi comprises four towers and offers units ranging from 668 sq ft to 972 sq ft, with up to four bedrooms, the property developer said in a statement today. 

The first tower (Tower A), comprising 370 units, was released on Saturday and will have a GDV of RM168 million, Titijaya said.

Located in Bukit Subang, Shah Alam, the Damaisuria integrated township is being developed in four phases with a total GDV of RM1.59 billion.  

It is easily accessible via the New Klang Valley Expressway, Guthrie Corridor Expressway and North-South Central Link, while the proposed Damansara-Shah Alam Elevated Expressway (DASH) will form a direct 5.2 km link to Kota Damansara.
