5th 'Property Insight Guide To Investing' coffee-table book launched

Last update: 27/09/2019

KUALA LUMPUR, Sept 27 -- Armani Media Sdn Bhd (Armani Media) has launched the fifth edition of the ‘Property Insight Guide to Investing 2019/2020’ (GTI), a coffee-table book that highlights Malaysia's best property investments through analysis report.

This time, GTI features 40 developers and 47 development projects with content focusing on investment value rather than physical product.

Property Insight founder, Datuk KK Chua, said the book which is available in all major bookstores in Malaysia, caters to affluent investors.

"It is important to realise that potential customers do not have a shortage of money, but (perhaps are) lacking confidence in a project.

"This is where GTI comes in. It gives potential buyers a proper overview of new developments that can provide the most value," he said.

He believes first-time homebuyers should view affordable housing as a stepping stone and not as a house to live in forever.

"As you move forward to better jobs and even better salaries, there will always be room for a better home while making your initial home a secondary income stream," he said.
