KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 22 -- Platinum Victory Holdings Sdn Bhd has launched its new development PV9 Residences in Setapak with an estimated gross development value (GDV) of RM553 million.
In a statement, the property developer said the project is slated for completion by mid-2022.
The company said the 2.25-hectare development has two components, with the first comprising 953 units within two blocks with built-ups from 1,000 sq ft to 1,300 sq ft, with a selling price from RM 530,000.
The second component is part of the affordable housing Rumah Wilayah scheme (formerly known as RUMAWIP). The 438 units which are already sold out have a standard 850 sq ft built-up with a ceiling price below RM300,000, and are exclusively for first-time homebuyers.
Executive director Gan Yee Hin said the PV9 Residences is one of Platinum Victory’s most prominent developments to date in Setapak due to its strategic location sandwiched between the Taman Melati LRT station and Tunku Abdul Rahman University College.
“It has really been an exciting year for us with the varying launches, each with its unique theme or concept.
“A prominent testament of buyers’ trust for our projects is evident through the now sold-out Platinum Teratai, as well as Platinum Arena which we launched in March 2019, which has a current take-up rate at 90 per cent,” he added.
