Second Edition Of 'Property Insight Guide To Investing 2016 / 2017' Launched

Kuala Lumpur, Aug 30 (Bernama) -- Armani Media Sdn Bhd has launched the second edition of the "Property Insight Guide To Investing 2016/ 2017".


The guide book, which previously won an award in the real estate investment industry, has a detailed property analysis, profiles on real estate investment and inspirational notes from investment specialists.


KK Chua, the Managing Director of Armani Media Sdn Bhd said there is no investment as sustainable as real estate, while promising stability as well as satisfying returns.


The second edition of the guide has a detailed analysis as well as comprehensive facts on the growth and development of the real estate sector in Malaysia.


"Among the interesting aspects is a real estate investment analysis report which is bound to capture the interest of readers," Chua said.


There are also various articles on projects by prestigious local developers and is a good guide with detailed information on the development of the real estate industry.


Chua said the market sentiment in the second half of 2016 is progressively improving.


This is due to banks having dropped their interest rates for loans to support activities pertaining to the purchase of real estate or properties.


As such, buyers or investors in real estate must take the opportunity to purchase now as the value is insulated from inflation.


Among the developers who have contributed to the guide book are BCB Bhd, Sunsuria, I&P Group, Titijaya, UM Land and Hatten Group.


Armani Media aims to distribute the book via all major book shops next month and also be purchased online.
