Last update: 28/02/2017

KUALA LUMPUR, Feb 28 (Bernama) -- Naza TTDI Group aims to increase its revenue to RM1.4 billion in 2017, driven by its property development arm, Naza TTDI and its construction arm, Naza Engineering and Construction (Naza EC).

Deputy Executive Chairman/Group Managing Director SM Faliq SM Nasimuddin said Naza EC would be an important contributor to revenue growth in view of large construction jobs that it was expected to secure this year.

"Naza EC will bid for infrastructure projects, nationwide, estimated at RM2.1 billion," he said in a statement today.

Naza TTDI, on the other hand, would launch five property projects this year in TTDI Alam Impian township in Shah Alam, TTDI Grove township in Kajang and in Kwasa Damansara.

These property projects would comprise semi-detached houses, apartments, condominium and townhouses with an estimated gross development value of RM793 million.
