PR1MA Holds Exhibitions On Its Housing Projects To Reach Target Group

Last update: 04/04/2017

KUALA LUMPUR, April 4 (Bernama) --- The 1Malaysia Peoples' Housing (PR1MA) Corporation adopted a new approach by organising exhibitions at government agencies and private sectors to promote its housing projects to target group.

A spokesman for the exhibition, Nor Nashreef Nor Azmi said the initiative was aimed at providing access to the target group to obtain relevant information and to manage the purchase (of the homes) under one roof.

"Many have heard of PR1MA homes but they do not know how to apply and to register. Hence, with this exhibition, they can get detailed information on this project directly at our counters.

"Malaysians, aged 21 years and above, with individual and household income between RM2,500 and RM15,000 are eligible to apply," said Nor Nashreef when met at the PR1MA Homes Sales open day at Wisma Bernama here today.

Nor Nashreef said the public had the opportunity to get their dream houses through 19 projects under PR1MA, currently open for application, with prices ranging between RM100,000 and RM400,000.

Among its projects were PR1MA Alam Damai in the Klang Valley, Tebrau (Johor), Bagan Serai (Perak), Kota Marudu (Sabah) and Matang (Sarawak).

"Those interested must act wisely to seize the opportunity and be on alert at all time given the fact that these housing units sell pretty fast and the numbers of remaining (available) units always change, depending on the situation," he said.

PR1MA has set a target for the completion of 15,000 housing units this year and 4,243 units have been sold as of January this year.
